Greyhound film is an upcoming American war-action drama movie directed by Aaron Schneider and based on novel The Good Shepherd (1955) by C.S.Forester. The film follows a US Navy commander on his first war-time assignment in command of an escort group defending a merchant ship under attack by submarines in 1942 during Battle of the Atlantic.

The Greyhound film was scheduled to be released on 12 June, 2020 in US theatrically, but it was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the film is going to be released digitally on 10 July, 2020 by Apple+.
